1000mm Stitch Core Opening | SHIBUYA TS402
1000mm Stitch Core Drilling.
This project involved creating a 1000mm diameter circular opening in reinforced concrete using the stitch core drilling method with the SHIBUYA TS402 Core Drill.
Instead of using a single large diameter core bit, multiple overlapping core holes were drilled around the perimeter to form a precise circular opening. This stitch coring technique is widely used for large diameter penetrations where conventional core bits are impractical or unavailable.
